All of our reservations are tentative until a Tours By Isabelle representative contacts you. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please call or email us. If you are requesting a tour within 24 hours, please call us first to check availability.

Once we have reached our minimum number of guests and a tour is confirmed, WE DO NOT CANCEL.
After we confirm your tour, your personalized invoice will be emailed to you.
You can pre pay using your credit (or debit) card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or your PayPal account.
After I enter my credit card info, I receive an error message. What’s the problem?
You may have made an error typing in your credit card information or entered information in the wrong format.
- The credit card number should be entered without dashes, hyphens or spaces in between the numbers. (For example: 12345678901234)
- The billing address and zip code must match the card number on file with the credit card company. If it does not match, the transaction won’t be approved. Remember to enter the billing address (street or box number), zip code, city and state exactly as it appears on your monthly statement.
- The name on the card must match the name as it is printed on the credit card exactly.
- Don't forget to check the field indicating your credit card type
- If all of this fails and it still doesn’t work, please try a different credit card and/or call your credit card company to inquire if there are any problems with your account.
We pick up at all downtown New Orleans hotels. Private tours and French or Spanish guides can be arranged with advance notice and for additional fees. Tours are subject to change.
